Re: [mv] Linux
****** message to minivend-users from Marty Stitt <stitt@persoft.com> ******
I've done this with an old Pentium 100 box, Caldera OpenLinux v2.2, a pair of
$29.95 ethernet cards (Linksys Etherfast 10/100), and a $39.95 hub. Works
fine for a testbed environment.
I've been happy with the Caldera package -- but since that's the only Linux
package I've used, I can't claim any breadth of knowledge.
I did have to download and build the newest perl distribution, but that
process went pretty smoothly, just following the README instructions.
Good luck!
