Cory, perhaps my last post didn't make it, but I have 4.0 running on the vanilla Slackware 7.0
distribution.  True that make test fails in my case on the last test which shuts down the server,. and I
haven't a clue why, but after installing the system MV works...

That is with the standard perl included with SW 7.0:
doorstop:/ibin/roxen/roxen# perl -v

This is perl, version 5.005_03 built for i386-linux
