Donīt forget the mv_matchlimit and other speed issues (look for speed in
mailarchiv).

E.g. 
RAM = 256
OS = FreeBSD 3.1
CPU = Cereon 450MHz
SCSI HD
mv_matchlimit = unlimited 
ca. 3000 items
search for "a"
CPU-rate ca. 14%

mv_matchlimit = 10
search for "a"
CPU-rate ca. 2%
