It's done using frames.  Frames trick your browser into thinking that you 
are always on the same page, because you are in the same "frameset" 
throughout the session.  If you don't want to show the cgi-bin in the URL, 
use only the frames version.  Keep in mind though that this will really 
tick off users who are using browsers that can't handle frames, and those 
users who really hate frames.
