Re: [mv] not showing the vlink in the url.....someone?
****** message to minivend-users from Ramsey French <rammjet@mindspring.com> ******
To help alleviate the stress to those who do not like frames, another trick
is to use a "hidden" frame.
Create a frameset where one of the frames is "0" pixels in size and no
borders. Unfortunately, many browsers try to display it, so you might have
a thin area of the frame exposed. To fix this, put it in the most
unobtrusive area of the screen like the top or bottom, give it a background
color the same as the rest of your site and only target your content to the
other frame which occupies the rest of the window.
As for those who cannot handle frames, you need to catch that in the
noframes section. And unfortunately, they will have to experience a less
pretty environment.
