[mv] Error 'etc/session.lock': Permisson denied

******    message to minivend-users from Nikolas Samios <ns@mediaphil.de>     ******

Hello everybody,

just installed minivend 3.14-4 on a new SuSE6.3 Linux Box. When I try to
connect to http://hostname:7786/mv_admin I get a "Document contained no
data" and the following line in the error.log:

(..) _mv_admin /mv_admin Runtime error: Could not open
'etc/session.lock' : Permission denied.

The only file matching session.lock is in /mvend/flycat/etc/. I changed
all permissions, owners and groups of the file and the whole directory,
but still didn't get any difference.

Mailing-List Archieves show that this error occoured to some users with
thier catalogs' session.lock files, but I don't have a catalog yet!

I also tried to set up the simple-catalog during configuration -
simple-catalog running - mv_admin -> same results.

Any ideas outthere?

Thank you very much,

Niko
