Many thanks for helping out. If it wasn't for this list I'd have even less free time than I do
now...:^)
I tried what you recommended, but the [bar-button ...] tag wasn't evaluating correctly (for me at
least) when I tried using the scratch variable representing it in the menubar file. Of course,
after rolling my head on the keyboard a few times the obvious finally struck me: don't set the
variable with the full [bar-button ...] tag, just the portion of the tag that needed to change
(i.e. the checkout page value). Duh. So now it works.
