[mv] Broken cookies?

Hi list,

i have an error messages like

Behind the session ID, there is a IP-Number of any visitor of my shop.
The inbasket2.html and knoen.html use the following MV tag

[if type=explicit compare="[read-cookie MV_SESSION_ID]"]

Looking in the source codes, i found this part in bin/minivend only

located at the line 1958 ....and i use MV 4.14-3.
It seems me, something is wrong with cookies or MV get trouble to use
"special" session id, because

- a visitor can to go out from my shop to the external database
- the external database get the session id from my shop
- after some times, if visitor ordered some items from there, my shop
get the items with price, title, etc. _and_ the session ID via post
methode and fetching cgi-query-string-info.

What happen, if the cookies from my visitor is broken? Did minivend get
any failure or trouble? I have testet with cookies enabled and
disenabled and MV works well.

Any ideas?
