[mv] PGP Problem regard credit card vadlidating

I have been having problems with this PGP STILL!!!

My command line for PGP encryption in the CATALOG.CFG

"/usr/local/bin/pgpe -r langdale  -fat 1> /home/langdale/pgp.log
2>/home/langdale/pgp.err"

As I get "Validate your credit card" I check the PGP.LOG and PGP.ERR that I
recently setup thanks to "Daniel Ceregatti"

I get the following error in my PGP.LOG file;
---START OF ERROR
Cannot open configuration file pgp.cfg
Cannot open secret keyring "secring.skr"
Cannot open public keyring "pubring.pkr"
No files specified.  Using stdin.

No keyrings to use
--END OF ERROR MSG


I tried the following to solve these problems
in the .PGP directory
There is a pgp.cfg
and there is a secring.skr
and there is a pubring.pkr


TOUCHING, the pgp.cfg just rewrote the file.
Running the pgp command line using telnet session shows the errors still.

Can anyone help ASAP

Is this Minivend not configured or website SERVER?  Is how I created the PGP
key?  The key is visible when I check by pgpk -l langdale, I see my key.
