John, another point that I was real slow to pick up on is that if you alter any of these:
        ## Set some menubars and headers
        ConfigDir pages
        Variable      LEFTSIDE   <leftside
        Variable      RIGHTSIDE  <rightside
        Variable      NO_RIGHT   <no_right
        Variable      MENUBAR    <menubar
        Variable      MENUBOTTOM <menubottom
        Variable      LOGOBAR    <logobar
        Variable      COPYRIGHT  <copyright
        ConfigDir config
 you will need to restart the server because these are cached at startup time.
