I imagine the check would exist in the basket page, you could just run a
conditional on the [subtotal]... not sure how one would handle denying the
'add to cart.' Maybe something could be done inside the pricing db?
Perhaps some Perl coding inside Minivend -- I think that there is a basket
lines limit and quantity limit set in the configuration.... ah, just a
little stream of consciousness for ya.
