[mv] multiple primary keys

Hello folks,

   Using: Minivend 4.0alpha13 and Mysql 3.22.27 on Redhat.

    My products have 1 or 2 options and there are various sets of options 
for various products so the default inventory system won't work for me. 
What I've created is a 4 column database with: code, option1, option2, 
stock and that means I need code, option1 and option2 to together be the 
primary key, yet minivend won't allow multiple primary keys.
    What to do? I really don't want to have to do a code-option1-option2, 
stock...
