[mv] bug: command line option malfunction in MV4.0beta1

Here's a bug report for MV4.0beta1.

when restarting minivend from the command line, the -D option is not
behaving as expected:

su-2.02$ ./minivend --restart -u -D
Killing Minivend server 86152 with TERM.
Option d requires an argument 	
</snippet>

It appears that -D is being interpreted as '-d' which _does_ require an
option. Using the alternation --DEBUG works fine. 

I'm using FreeBSD 3.1
and perl 5.005_02
