[mv] MV 3.14-5 down again :(

Ok, I did and edit of Vend/Session.db
MV came up and ran for a few hours.

Started taking some orders,  Died again.
All I see in error logs.
is my favorite most descriptive error message.

Premature end of script headers: /usr/local/httpd/cdaniel/cgi-bin/xxx
This is in the main site error.log


And more of these in mvend/ error.log

bummer..
Before there was some out of memory errors, the last time there was a
problem.
I do not see them yet.
What can I do?
