Actually, there is a framed version with a TOC.  While it is not an index,
it is detailed, and does allow you to jump to a specific area of the docs
pretty quicky.  There is a topic called "The Results Page" - hopefully that
would give you some idea of what is there.  Of course, you could always do
an in-page search with your browser - I do it all the time.

If you are going to tackle Minivend, I strongly suggest you download the
docs - there is a link for it in the "Downloads" section of minivend.com.
It contains the framed version, single-file version, plus an extended tag
reference, maybe more - I haven't been through all of it yet.
