[mv] DELETE billing

My store has only been live for a week and I have had the following
reported and I have confirmed.  I admit I didn't test this during
development as I didn't change anything around here from the simple demo
template.

When a logged in user tries to delete a saved billing entry, they get
the following error

ERROR:  parser: parse error at or near ""

I am pretty sure this is coming from a malformed SQL query as my
customer table is in a postgresql database.

Has anyone come across this ? And have a solution ?
I am using 3.14-3
