[mv] Delete Billing

I have tried to trace through what is happening here by running with DBI
Trace=2

The server dies when it is trying to do the following SQL

update customers SET b_nickname = '.MYVISA' where code='TestUser'

I am pretty sure that the '.' is in fact a NULL as the Postgres parser
only sees "update customers SET b_nickname = '"

It would appear that the entry has been successfully deleted prior to
this point so I am wondering what is going on here and what this update
is supposed to be doing.
