In your first page:

[set name="IRSIH_TO_USD" interpolate=1]1.2345[/set]

In any page with any price:

Fetch any mv tag with price like ([item-price], [item-dicsount],
[subtotal], etc.)

[set name="pricetousd" interpolate=1][item-price noformat=1][/set]

[currency][calc][scratch pricetousd]*[scratch IRISH_TO_USD][/calc][/currency]
