[mv] MiniMate with MV4: Questions about User Access system

Hello,

  I'm using MiniMate with MV4beta1. I am developing a site modeled
somewhat after Amazon zShops. I would like multiple vendors to be able
to add,update and delete just their products from 5 different tables.
I'm exploring using MiniMate to do this. Is it possible to restrict
access to a table equivalent to something like the SQL "select * from
products where user_id = 66". Basically, they should just be able to
alter the items that they own, but they will be in a table that a number
of people need access to. I'm guessing the "Keys allowed" and "Owner
field" have something to do with this if it's possible, but the
documentation is not complete yet.
  It looks like some very powerful and useful software! (once I figure
it out... :)
