I am trying to debug a catalog. I set DisplayErrors to Yes in my catalog.cfg. 
Also, I set DebugMode to 2815.

I asked my ISP to run VEND_ROOT/bin/ifdef -n -t DEBUG
Is there anything else I must do? ... and ...
Where will the file mvdebug appear, with all my errors?
