That looks like it (I've been using mv 3.11 so I don't know
where it moved to in the newer versions)

Change it, then run a test order through, then read the catalog
error log and you should see all of the info regarding the Cybercash
transaction (but Cybercash will never be contacted). This is just
a way to debug and making sure all of the info needed for a Cybercash
transaction is available. And I believe the Cybercash id code is set to "1"
for all of these orders while using minivend_test.
