Not sure if you got this answered or not, and I know it's been awhile since
you posted, but the nifty little trick is merely to talk to something like
AuthorizeNet.  They're a gateway, and they send you the code you need.  You
actually communicate it to AuthorizeNet and they send it on to FirstData
Corp and the bank and then the response is sent back through AN to you.  AN
has reps all over the US.  When I contacted mine, I went for someone that
was in my state.  Pretty reasonable for the clients, since it was $495 setup
and $10/month, which is cool.  They'll even let you name your commission per
referal.
