[mv] Installation Problem

A per instructions I gzipped and untarred the minivend-latest.tar.gz then
went to the directory and ran the perl script Makefile.PL it requested the
directory for placement and I used the default that it detected from its
current location. It also asked for the Storable usage which I answered for
each of my clean and new installation attempts. The error I get is always
the same .

==> Please rerun the make command. <==
false
make: *** [Makefile] Error 1


This is as far as I can get, and I have tried clean and new installations as
different users from different locations etc.etc.etc.....
with no progress.

I have created a specific group outside of root for the installation and had
to set many of my system files to that new group so that I could try to get
this far.

Do you have a more detailed installation instruction . I have downloaded the
HTML and printed the documentation package but have found nothing that was
more informative.

I will keep trying different things til I hear from you. You have really
high marks from those who are using this but they couldn't help me either. I
would like to have this up soon to compare against Tallyman.
