[mv] Minimate4.01 installation OK , but .....

Hi all,

Does any one give me a suggestion on Minimate installation?
Minivend 4.01 work well and additional Minimate 4.01 installation was
completed without error.
But, when set 1 to MINIMATE variable in minivend.cfg,  Server is
unavailable.
After start Minivend with setting 1 to MINIMATE, Minivend probably
terminated with an error.

The previous Minivend server was not running and probably
terminated with an error.
Low traffic settings.
Calling MiniMate....
Minimate is loaded.
MiniVend V4.01
Configuring catalog easyshop...done.

Continuing in UNIX MODE ONLY

When set  0 to MINIMATE, Minimvend work well.

Any suggestion?
