Yes, the minivend 3.14-5 install and makecat use the unix "/" convention
for transversing directories. I seems to work fine (I assume that
ActivePerl translates this into an understandable form for Windows). I
would asssume the same goes for any shell-type commands. I have
successfully installed on two different Windows98 machines. I posted some
notes to the list about it; you can probably find it in the archives at
minivend.com: search for something like "Windows 98 install".
