We are having trouble sending a scan criteria to a subsequent page, when
the file to be scanned is not the default products.asc.  We tried this
with fi=related.asc in the option value.

After the drop down element is chosen and the form submitted we are left
waiting with no response.

Below is the relevant code.

Does this second use of 'fi=' not overwrite the first?
