Hi Josh,

I believe that MV translates SQL statements into MV seach statements
exept in [query ...].
"LIKE" has the same problem!
Either translate your SQl into MV (in your case add mv_sort_field or
tf=.. to the search instead of GROUP BY) or use in-page search 
[query more=1 list=1 sql=Statement]
	[list]
		[sql-code] [sql-param fieldname]
		[more-list][more][/more-list]
	[/list]
[/query]
This is unfortunately not fully documented (yet).
I dont really feel competent enough to propose an add-on to the docs,
but I may nevertheless give it a try one of these days.
