Here is the associated message from the mv error.log:

/cgi-bin/hmm/process Runtime error: Username already exists.

Check your minivend error log (in the root catalog directory) and see
what 
it has to tell you.  If you're still haing troubles, post what's in
there, 
as it will help us figure out your problem a lot easier.
