Ed,

You didn't mention if you modified any of the demo pages or are using them "as
shipped". Usually, when I see unprocessed tags show up in the page, it's
because of a bad [if][/if] - either mismatched, or a typo somewhere.

Unfortunately, minivend doesn't seem to do very good at catching these.
Sometimes, I've even had to resort to chopping a page down until it
starts working correctly, then add pieces back in until it fails.
[I'm assuming there's no errors in either the catalog error.log or
global error.log files....]
