I already use something like this for some of our customers here...
basically what we have done is:

	1. Have the customer export their database
	2. Run it through a PERL script that creates a TAB delimited DB
	3. Take this DB and either use it as is, or import it into a SQL
table.
	
	Let me dig around and make something a little more "user friendly"
and then release it on our FTP.  It will take a day or two...
