[mv] Problems Selecting/Ordering Items w/ Forms

Hello,

I recently upgraded from v3.14 to v4.02 and forms that were once working no
longer work.

I looked over the list and new docs and scanned my code for differences. I
tried a few modifications to my order pages with no success.

Tonight I made a test page to be sure nothing else in my order pages was
conflicting with the forms.

My test page looks like this:

I took this code right from the documentation and replaced the skus with
valid ones. Ordering with the basic [order item] [/order] work fine for
these.

No matter what combination I try, I don't get the proper items in the
basket. For instance:

Say I check the checkboxes for items IECONTACT02 and IECONTACT03. Well when
the basket page loads, I get IECONTACT02 listed twice. When I select
IECONTACT01 and IECONTACT02 I get IECONTACT01 listed twice.

And what's even more confusing is that neither of the two items added to the
basket can be removed using the remove checkbox. The basket just reloads
with the items still there.

If I only select one item with a checkbox, it is added to the basket
properly and I can remove it.


Since my forms worked with the older version, I am concerned that there may
be a bug in 4.02.


I did notice that 4.03 is available, but I didn't see any mention of this
problem being addressed.


Can someone confirm that they are successfully using a form to purchase
multiple items in v4.x and if so, is the code similar to above?


Any insight into this problem would be greatly appreciated.
