[mv] mv4.02 -- [LC] in leftside does not work

Hello!

When I put [LC]...[/LC] tags in "leftside" (or
anything else in config/__TEMPLATE/), it does
not work (shows everything including LCs), and
when I put the same LCs in pages/index.html (or
something else under pages/), it works OK. I use
low traffic settings and "sample" demo. Where I'm
wrong?
