Thank you Hans-Joachim for you input.
But I found out the answer! I upgraded from cybercash 3.2.0.4 to cybercash
3.2.0.6.
Cybercash changed their CCMckDirectLib3_2.pm adding more coding (I did a
diff of the old and new).
I made sure by diff-ing my old and new catalog.cfg and checkout.html pages.

I finally chose to downgrade back to cybercash 3.2.0.4 and it works!(with
Minivend 3.14-5)
When I upgrade to cybercash 3.2.0.6, I have problems.

Now I wonder, will cybercash 3.2.0.6 work with Minivend 4.03?

I really admire Mike Heins' work, fellow Minivenders and their inputs. Keep
up the good work!
