[mv] MV 4.03 Documentation Error...

Looking at the code for MV 4.03 (eagerly awaiting 4.04 w/ the TcpMap fix)
it appears that the documentation incorrectly describes MV behavior on the
search-results page.

In 3.x it was necessary to use the [set mv_put_session]Yes[/set] in order
to save session variables after a search, yet in 4.03 it appears that this
is no longer necessary and that sessions are being updated no matter what.

Mike, perhaps it's time to remove references to mv_put_session and
"Updating session variables after a search" from the documentation?

One other item I recently had difficulty with, the requirement for
[search-region] ... [/search-region] tags encapsulating [search-list] ...
[/search-list] tags. Doing some tests on my 3.14-5 catalogs my
[search-list] tags would not interpolate (when no [search-region] tags
were present)... Perhaps you could update the section "The Results Page"
to indicate that the [search-list] pair MUST be inside a [search-region]
pair?
