process-target Create URL to call MiniVend form processing

Calls the search with the proper URL, including MiniVend session
tags. Used as the ACTION value for the search form if the
results are to be targeted to a different window than the one set by
SearchFrame (which is ``_self'' by default).
Basically, [process-target] is expanded into a form submit path, complete
with session ID and arguements (if any), in the HTML generated by
minivend. It is analagous to the way [page] and [area] expand into URL's.
