Hi,

I encountered again on working of internationalization.

In etc/report, I would like to modify Content-type

From:
Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; CHARSET=US-ASCII

To:
Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; CHARSET=ISO-2202-JP

I tried modify tag below, but no effect.

[tag op=mime type=TEXT/PLAIN: CHARSET=ISO-2202-JP[/tag] or
[tag mime type TEXT/PLAIN: CHARSET=ISO-2202-JP]

Are there another way to do it?
Should I change Interpolate.pm?

Any suggestion is helpful.
