This is my first request to this group.  I have been reading the
contributions with interest for some weeks now.

I am not quite a total newbie.  I have installed 4.01 via telnet and FTP to
one of my FreeBSD boxes on my LAN to simulate an install on an ISP and
solved the problems this throws up, and am impressed with the mv system.

My problem is not so much technical at the moment, but more on developing a
site.  I am not much of a developer, small amount of Perl, HTML, SQL etc and
I need some advise from you guys and girls on the development tools to use,
i.e. how do you develop dynamic pages or rather the elements to make a
dynamic page, FrontPage, Dreamweaver ? I just need an overview of the
process and recommended tools to do the job.  No point in reinventing the
wheel.
