As an HTML tool Dreamweaver is a lot more functional than FrontPage, though 
Dreamweaver has an FTP (on version 1.2, I havn't bothered trying it with 
3.0, perhaps it's better now) which is poor.  Can't contribute on your real 
question, usefulness as an mv development tool.
