Hmm...
I think there are several tools which allow you to use a wysiwyg html design
along
with mml.... for example the Microsoft Visual InterDev....
you need only to teach it the MML commands (quite easy) and then it will
know to ignore
them or do whatever needed with them on the wysiwyg enviroment...
If you are searching only for a good HTML editor with no wysiwyg enviroment
that
will make the code clear (including the MML) with shortcuts / macros and etc
i would
recomend on LiquidFX (also have a wysiwyg enviroment)

I think it is best to edit the MML/HTML pages in a text editor. There are
a number of these available that provide HTML support. You can use a
visual editor to create the HTML, but once you add MML you need to stay
with a text editor or your tags will get mangled.
