[mv] Signio Interface & MV 4.03

I have installed MV 4.03 and have everything working fine including 
secure transactions to the end.

Now, I am attempting to install the signio interface.

I successfully installed the Signio pfpro client and perl interface 
from Signio.

I have the following in catalog.cfg:

# SIGNIO:
#Variable   MV_PAYMENT_MODE    custom  signio (I saw this suggestion 
in the mailing list and tried it)
Variable    MV_PAYMENT_ID      (name omitted)
Variable    MV_PAYMENT_SECRET  (password omitted)
# Use test.signio.com for testing
# Variable  MV_PAYMENT_SERVER  connect.signio.com
Variable    MV_PAYMENT_SERVER  test.signio.com
CreditCardAuto					No

I added the following line in etc/profiles.order:

&charge=custom signio

(Right before [if value fax_order])

I put the following at the end of minivend.cfg:

# Signio:
#include globalsub/signio

Accordingly, I created directory "globalsub" and put the signio file 
in /usr/local/minivend/globalsub/

I copied /usr/src/signio/linux/bin/pfpro to /usr/local/minivend/lib/pfpro

The transaction does not work.  It states that errors are in red. 
Nothing is red.  When the transaction is attempted again, the basket 
contents are gone.

Both minivend and local catalog log files contain:

"(IP omitted) 7wZoem8d:nobody - [07/April/2000:16:15:16 -0700] 
catalog /cgi-bin/catalog/process.html Runtime error: Data was not 
stored in SessionDBM"

Also, if I uncomment "Variable DEBUG 1" in minivend.cfg, I get:

"Couldn't write structure minivend.structure: Permission denied"

in Telnet when I restart minivend.

Also, I have tried live mode and also changed "connect.signio.com" to 
"test.signio.com" within the globalsub/signio module script.

Help on this will be greatly appreciated.
