Take a read of the shipping section of the docs. I have not tried it, but
it appears that you can create an entry in the shipping database in which
shipping costs per item are derived from an expression, which can include
minivend tags and perl code. So in theory you could write an expression
which grabs the shippingcost value for each item and applies it to the
number of that item in the cart. It would take some experimenting but it
should be doable.
