I haven't seen the error message you're getting, so I can't tell you
for sure what the problem is. But I'd go through catalog.cfg line
by line comparing the one that works and the one that doesn't.
Minivend happily talks to multiple databases, and you can run
multiple catalogs from a single database as well (in case you
just can't figure your problem out).
