[mv] MV4 installation steps under FreeBSD 3.2

Hi,

I want to share that experience.
Maybe it will help someone else and not only for FreeBSD :).
* For SSL support
** For Russian users
*** For MySQL support

*1. Download and install OpenSSL from www.openssl.org or
/usr/ports/security/openssl/make install
2. Download and install Apache from www.apache.org or from
*/usr/ports/www/apache13-modssl/make install
or
 /usr/ports/www/apache13/make install
**3. Download and install Russian Apache from www.apache.org( + patch from
apache.lexa.ru/getit) or from apache.lexa.ru/getit or
/usr/ports/russian/apache13/make install
*+**download apache from www.apache.org
*+** download mod_ssl from www.modssl.org
*+** download patch for apache from apache.lexa.ru/getit
*+** install all of them
4. Insert into httpd.conf virtual server like minivend.somedomain
***5. Download and install MySQL from www.mysql.org or from
/usr/ports/databases/mysql322
***6. Download and install DBI, DBD::Mysql Perl modules from
http://www.symbolstone.org/technology/perl/DBI/ or from
/usr/ports/databases/p5-DBI/make install
/usr/ports/databases/p5-Mysql/make install
7. Install Bundle for MV4
perl -MCPAN -e 'install Bundle::Minivend'
8. Start the Apache with apachectl start
*9. Start the Apache with apachectl startssl
***10. Start MySQL with safe_mysqld --log --skip-grant-tables &
11. Download and install MV4 from you_know_from.
configure
12. Move /usr/minivend/bin to where you are installed the
V( /usr/local/minivend/bin).
13 Make example catalogs
bin/makecat simple
bin/makecat basic
***14 Change the users rights for MySQL and for catalog.cfg
***15 Restart Mysql with safe_mysqld
16 Change the in minivend.cfg
MaxServers 0
Housekeeping 1
17 Start the MV.
