I would like to thank Mike Heins for helping see what I was doing wrong
regarding the ProductFiles directive.

I set ProductFiles in both the MV3 simple and MV4 basic catalogs. Setting
ProductFiles did not work in the MV3 simple catalog because I did not make
the correct changes to CommonAdjust and PriceField. The MV3 simple demo
has the following settings:

CommonAdjust   pricing:q2,q5,q10,q25,q100, ;products:price,
==color:pricing, ==size:pricing
PriceField   no_price

ProductFiles works when I change this to either:

# CommonAdjust
PriceField   price

Or (note ( ";:price"):

 CommonAdjust   pricing:q2,q5,q10,q25,q100, ;:price, ==color:pricing,
==size:pricing
 PriceField   no_price
