[mv] failed orders

For some reason, OUT of the blue, I have 4 online stores that are not
accepting credit card numbers. I do not know WHY, theyhave not been messed
with for a few months and I have no graded minivend in any form. i've
rebooted and restarted minivend a few times.

WHen I've placed a order online I get the following error in the logs.

thestore /cgi-bin/thestore/process Encryption error:

And using the TEST credit card number I get a message saying the credit
card number needs to be validated meaning it's bad. I even used a real
credit card. The odd thing this has happened within the last week. YET
there are 2 other online stores I used on the same server and the credit
card info went through.

Any ideas?

there is nothing else in the logs that I can locate to give me a hint.

(nothing like this happening 12 hours before my vacation)
