I few people emailed me suggesting I check PGP out. I ran it via command
line for each store and it worked fine.

I noted on one online store. When I checked out I forgot the phone number,
and I used the test credit card number. When I checked out it told me the
only thing I forgot was a phone number. When I entered the phone number
and went to checkout, it THEN told me the credit card was invalid.

Minivend 3.14 but as I mentioned earlier, I have not modified their stores
nor upgraded minivend in a long time so I do not understand why they are
failing. I checked the certificates and they are in place, I killed
everything and restarted the servers.

Still the logs for the stores are not stating any errors only the minivend
errorlog is and it's not providing any information that would be helpful.
