The only thing you want to do is to bring the text file that Excel creates 
into a text editor and strip out all the quotation marks that Excel may 
have added.  Also be sure to ftp it in ASCII mode, otherwise you'll need to 
use tr or some such to strip out the ^M's from the end of each line.

And just to be safe, backup your current products.txt before you replace 
it.  That way if you messed anything up, you can go back to a working model 
quickly and debug in your spare time.
