That would be works fine....it works fine via command line ... but what
_is_ the setting for the PGP in your cfg files? Something like

EncryptProgram  /usr/local/bin/pgpe -f -t -r __ORDERS_TO__ 2>/dev/null

or

EncryptProgram  /usr/local/bin/pgp -f -t -r __ORDERS_TO__ 2>/dev/null

or

EncryptProgram  /usr/local/bin/pgpe -f -a -t -r __ORDERS_TO__ 
2>/dev/null

Did you try the "/usr/local/......etc....2>/dev/null" via command line?
