Just looking at this error message, it looks like your sysadmin may have 
moved/deleted your copy of PGP.  I think this message is telling you that 
in the middle of processing your order it can't find the encryptor.  Try 
logging into your shell account and doing a "locate pgp" and see if that 
file is what is pointed to by your catalog.cfg file.  It could be that your 
sysadmin installed a new version of PGP, or changed the PATH environment 
for the web server daemon and now it can't find the program to encrypt the 
orders.

This of course makes the assumption that you are using PGP to encrypt your 
orders.  If not, search for whatever other proggie you're using.
