This statement actually isn't entirely correct. It inserted the
duplicate keys correctly, but the sku column contained the
same sku, instead of different skus, depending on the row.
For example:
key_code sku
80338 998006
80338 998014
inserted this into the database:
key_code sku
80338 998014
80338 998014
